The Independence

The Independence, a schooner in the American Navy from the American Revolution, commissioned in 1775. Uunfortunately, not much is known about this ship other then it sunk in 1778 off North Carolina.

Size of model L ­ 30”, H ­ 25”, W ­ 12”

This is a modified kit with alterations as follows; 10 guns vs 6, Built up stern vs brass plate that came with the kit, omitted the hand cannons. Nicely finished and an excellent value!

This model is offered at $1500.00 US, without display case.
