Easy returns and refunds
In the unlikely event that your model arrives damaged or you are unsatisfied with your model, please contact us immediately. In case of damage, we will ship another model to you free of charge and pay to have the damaged model returned to us.  You have 5 days after receiving the model to notify us of any issues.
